Should state legislators be required to have read the Kansas and U.S. constitutions?

“Yeah, because they’re representative of the state and of this country and it would only make sense if they’d read them.”

“Yeah. It would probably be a good idea. I would hope they’d be informed of what’s going on.”

“Yeah. They need to know more about what they’re doing.”

“Yeah, I think so. I come from Brazil and I personally think here people are less aware of politics than there because they don’t need to be.”
