What does the anniversary of Pearl Harbor mean to you? Have your perspectives changed this year?

“Pearl Harbor wasn’t really of my generation, so this anniversary doesn’t have as much meaning. I see the two events as two separate events.”

“I think this event was very much akin to what happened at Pearl Harbor. I have to admit I thought about it more this year. It has more meaning.”

“It means absolutely nothing to me. As a Buddhist, I can tell you if you concentrate on things so far back you will miss the moment.”

“I don’t think I’ve thought abut it differently. I think of it because my father was in World War II, but that’s the only real reference.”
