Should hand counts be allowed in the final Florida vote count?

“No. The count will be different, but no more precise. They’re all equally imprecise.”

“Yes. As Texas governor, George Bush signed a law in ‘97 allowing for hand counts because it’s the clearest way to gauge a voter’s interest. It’s a little hypocritical.”

“No. I think it’s too subjective with how they make their decision.”

“Yes, I think so. I think it’s fair, and it’s meant to be fair.”
