Donald Fowler Sr., 87, passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2018 in Lawrence, KS. A public visitation will be held on Friday, March 30, 2018 at 9am with funeral services following at 10am. All services will be held at Ninth Street Missionary Baptist Church: 847 Ohio St. (Lawrence, KS). In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Disabled Veterans Administration.
