Nearly three years ago, Kerry Meier, his older brother, Dylan, and several family members were hiking in Arkansas when Dylan slipped off a cliff ledge and fell to his death at the age of 26. The Meier family established The Dylan Meier Get Busy Livin’ Foundation in his honor and named Lawrence High quarterback Brad Strauss its player of the year. By Benton Smith
