Kathleen Sebelius' political career has evolved significantly in the past year. She was rumored in 2008 to be a top contender for the VP spot on the Obama ticket. Now, Obama has nominated her to serve as Secretary of Health and Human Services.

Kathleen Sebelius’ running mate in 2006. He said he seriously considered the job but eventually decided not to delve into politics.
