- KU Hospital annual revenue grows by 22 percent, surpasses $1 billion

- Kansas University Hospital’s growth, along with a merger with the Kansas City Cancer Center, sent its revenue past the $1 billion mark during the 2012 fiscal year. Revenue grew by 22.2 percent for the year. The hospital’s capital expenditures, meanwhile, totaled $117.1 million, a decline of about $24 million from fiscal 2011, when a new Medical Office Building was completed. By Matt Erickson
