City to hold meetings to discuss plans for upcoming bicycle boulevard projects

The City of Lawrence will soon be holding meetings to gather feedback on ongoing plans for two bicycle boulevards.

The two boulevards will be constructed on East 13th Street and West 21st Street. As part of the open-house format, project staff will share information at the meetings on the bicycle boulevards and get input from attendees, according to a city news release.

The first open house will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday at Lawrence High School, 1901 Louisiana St. The second open house will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Liberty Memorial Central Middle School, 1400 Massachusetts St.
