Quinton Donhoe and Trey Huslig combined for 35 points with five 3-pointers, but Veritas Christian’s boys basketball team couldn’t keep pace with Sunrise Christian in a 76-59 loss Friday in Wichita.

Huslig shot 7 of 24 from the floor on his way to a team-high 20 points. Playing without forward Tucker Flory, Kyle Weinhold produced eight points and nine rebounds.

The Eagles (8-8) will play Derby Invasion in a road game at 2:30 p.m. today.
