Veritas Christian’s boys basketball team dropped its second game of the Spring Hill Invitational Basketball Tournament with a 73-50 loss to host Spring Hill on Thursday.

Junior guard Trey Huslig scored a team-high 15 points, but the Eagles (8-6) couldn’t make up any ground in the second half. Veritas will play in the seventh-place game at 3 p.m. today against Sumner Academy.
