FSHS girls bowling 2nd, boys 3rd at SMW quad

Free State sophomore Nikki Miele bowled a 520 three-game series in her season debut, leading the girls bowling team to second place in the Shawnee Misison West quadrangular Thursday at AMF College Lanes in Overland Park.

Behind Miele, who had a high game of 193, Sydney Jordan had a 445 series and Lexie Lockwood followed with a 435.

Free State’s boys bowling team placed third with a 569 series from Bayn Schrader and a 505 series from Joey Taylor.
