Seabury boys outlast Cair Paravel in OT

Cobe Green scored 23 points and Bishop Seabury’s boys basketball team won its first round game of the McLouth Invitational Tournament against Cair Paravel on Monday, 63-58, in overtime.

Luke Hornberger scored four of his eight points in the overtime after Cair Paravel’s Peyton Smith banked in a 3-pointer at the end of regulation. Thomas diZerega added 13 points.

The Seahawks will play Maranatha or Jefferson West at 7:45 p.m. Friday.

In the girls’ side of the tournament, Seabury lost 57-16 to Cair Paravel.
