KU baseball tops Omaha, 6-2

Kansas junior right-hander Blake Goldsberry allowed one hit over 6 2/3 innings pitched in relief, leading the KU baseball team to a 6-2 victory over Omaha on Monday at Hoglund Ballpark.

Goldsberry struck out five and walked none in his third outing of the season.

The Jayhawks (5-2) will play host to Texas Southern for a three-game series, beginning at 3 p.m. Friday at Hoglund Ballpark.
