Boosted by a six-run third inning, which included a two-run single from Hank Dobson, Lawrence High’s baseball team cruised to a 7-3 victory over Parkway (Mo.) South on Friday at LHS.

Dobson added an RBI double in the second inning to highlight the Lions’ offense. Pitcher Ian Henricks struck out eight in six innings.

The Lions (6-6) will play their final game in the River City Festival at 6 p.m. Sunday against Blue Valley at Hoglund Ballpark.
