Veritas baseball routs St. John’s

Veritas Christian’s baseball team scored 12 runs in the third inning and pitcher Landon Ream tossed three innings without allowing a hit in a 15-0 victory over St. John’s on Thursday in Salina.

Ream struck out seven in three innings and only two St. John’s batters reached base, via an error and dropped third strike. Veritas (6-5) was led offensively by Draven Webb (three hits, three RBI) and Rondre Diederich (three runs, two RBI).

The Eagles will travel to Valley Falls on Saturday.
