Free State High’s volleyball team remained unbeaten in Sunflower League play with victories against Shawnee Mission East (25-16, 25-23) and Gardner-Edgerton (25-19, 25-18) on Thursday at SM East.

The Firebirds (21-7, ranked No. 9 in Class 6A) will play in the Lawrence High triangular on Tuesday.
