Free State’s boys soccer team suffered a 3-1 loss to Shawnee Mission South on Thursday at home. Aidan Manning scored the Firebirds’ lone goal, assisted by Will Cook.

The Firebirds (2-2), who played three games this week, will play host to SM North at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
