In a five-set match, Lawrence High’s volleyball team held off Olathe East (25-17, 25-17, 15-25, 19-25, 15-12) on Tuesday at LHS, remaining unbeaten in Sunflower League play.

The Lions were led offensive by Baylee Unruh (12 kills), Sammy Williams (10) and Brooke Wroten (8). Laurel Bird recorded 33 assists, while Lauren Maceli had 23 digs and Hannah Stewart had 14 digs.

Lawrence (9-2) will face Gardner-Edgerton and Olathe North in a triangular at home Thursday, starting at 5 p.m.
