Lawrence High freshman Alec Murphy scored in the second half, but the LHS boys soccer team couldn’t keep up with Shawnee Mission South in a 3-1 loss Tuesday at SM South District Stadium.

The Lions (1-2-1) will play host to Shawnee Mission North at 6:15 p.m. Thursday.
