LHS cross country teams 14th in Emporia

Lawrence High’s boys and girls cross country teams both placed 14th at the Emporia Invitational on Saturday.

Carson Jumping Eagle led the boys in 45th place, running in 18:12.8, while Sophie DeWitt posted the top time for the girls (22:46.0) to finish 57th.
