KU volleyball cruises past Texas Tech

Madison Rigdon recorded 14 kills and the Kansas volleyball team rolled past Texas Tech on Saturday for a straight-set victory (25-22, 25-18, 25-14) at Horejsi Family Athletics Center.

Rigdon posted a .407 hit percentage while Kelsie Payne added eight kills and Mmachi Nwoke had six. Setter Ainise Havili had a double-double with 34 assists and 11 digs.

The Jayhawks (18-3, 7-1 Big 12) will play host to Oklahoma at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
