Seabury boys headed back to state

For the second straight season, Bishop Seabury's boys basketball team is headed to the Class 2A state tournament.

The Seahawks clinched their spot at state with a 56-40 victory over Jackson Heights on Saturday at Valley Falls in the sub-state championship game.

Bansi King led Seabury with 15 points, while Mikey Wycoff (10), Zach McDermott (10) and Max Easter (10) finished in double digits.

Seabury will enter next week's state tournament in Manhattan with an 18-4 record.
