Veritas Christian’s boys basketball team advanced to the KCAA state tournament championship with a 60-24 win over St. Mary’s on Friday at Haskell Indian Nations University.

The Eagles (10-15) held St. Mary’s to six points in the first half, taking a 22-point lead and never looking back.

Veritas will play against Manhattan CHIEF in the championship at 7 tonight.
