Junior forward Tucker Flory scored a game-high 23 points, but Veritas Christian’s boys basketball team couldn’t climb back from a slow start in a 63-44 road loss to Maur Hill on Friday.

Flory made 11 of his 14 shots from the floor, adding a team-high eight rebounds. Quinton Donohoe had 10 points, but the Eagles (3-2) shot 2 of 19 from the 3-point line.

Veritas will travel to Manhattan CHIEF at 5:30 p.m. today.
