Nate Strathman hit two doubles and drove in two runs Thursday during the Free State baseball team’s 3-0 victory against Shawnee Mission North at 3 & 2 Ballpark.

On the mound, Strathman struck out three in 1 1/3 innings. Sloan Thomsen added two strikeouts in 4 2/3 scoreless innings.

The Firebirds (10-4) will play host to Blue Valley North at 4:30 p.m. today.
