Junge helps FSHS golf tie for 6th at Topeka West Invite

Free State golfer Jack Junge carded a 79, leading the FSHS boys golf team to a tie for sixth place at the Topeka West Invitational on Monday at Topeka Country Club.

Junge tied for 13th place individually, while Landon Berquist took 27th with an 82 and Will Cook was 34th with an 83.

Lawrence High’s boys golf team tied for 14th place Monday, led by senior Cole Brungardt, who shot a 79 to tie Junge for 13th overall.
