OSU topples KU baseball

Oklahoma State scored at least one run in each of the first six innings and defeated Kansas, 11-6, in Big 12 baseball Thursday night at Hoglund Ballpark.

Kansas (15-18, 4-6 Big 12) walked five batters, hit another three and committed three errors to allow Oklahoma State (20-13, 4-6 Big 12) to build an early 11-3 lead.

“We have to catch the ball,” KU coach Ritch Price said. “We buried ourselves in this game because we made three really bad plays.”
