Lawrence High’s baseball team handed Leavenworth its first loss of the season with a 4-1 victory Tuesday at Sports Field.

LHS pitcher Gavin Greenwood pitched a complete game, striking out five and allowing only one run on eight hits — improving the Lions to a 2-5 record.
