The Free State softball team earned its first win of the season with a dominating 10-0 win over Leavenworth on Saturday afternoon at FSHS. The Firebirds had scored only 13 runs in their first three games combined before a 10-run day on Saturday.

Free State (1-3) will play host to Shawnee Mission Northwest at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
