Olathe ? Free State High freshman gymnast Liliana King-Wilson placed third in three events at the Olathe East quadrangular Wednesday, helping the Firebirds to second place with 98.2 points.

King-Wilson, who took in all-around points, was third on the vault, balance beam and floor exercise. Freshman Grace Mayhew was second on uneven bars and fifth all-around.

Lawrence High’s gymnastics team took third with 96.95 points. Josie Hickerson was fourth on the vault and beam, placing sixth all-around.
