Game balls and gassers: KU vs. Memphis
Game Balls

Defensive end Dorance Armstrong showed his speed with three tackles for loss, two of them sacks.
Gassers
C Jacob Bragg’s lousy snap to Montell Cozart in the shotgun turned the ball over to Memphis.
LG Jayson Rhodes twice was flagged for false starts.
QB Montell Cozart had turnovers on consecutive plays. After an unforced fumble, he started the next possession with a short pass right into the hands of defensive lineman Jonathan Wilson, who returned it 61 yards for a TD.
