Melvern ? The Veritas Christian volleyball team swept a triangular at Marais des Cygnes Valley High on Tuesday, beating Topeka Cornerstone (25-15, 25-13) and MDCV (25-17, 21-25, 25-18).

Chloe Holland led Veritas with 18 kills, Emma Wilson had 29 assists, Naomi Brakenhoff drilled 12 aces and Brienne Billings added six kills and two blocks.

The Eagles (7-3) will play host to Kansas City (Kan.) East and Bishop Seabury in a triangular on Sept. 13 at the East Lawrence Rec Center.
