Officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of West 23rd Street Wednesday afternoon after a car and bike collided, said Lawrence Police Sgt. Amy Rhoads. One person was taken to an area hospital with possible injuries.
A person was taken to the hospital Wednesday afternoon after a car and bicycle collided, police said.
Around 1:13 p.m. officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of West 23rd Street regarding an accident, said Lawrence Police Sgt. Amy Rhoads.

One person was transported to an area hospital with possible injuries, Rhoads said.
Because a full report on the accident was not yet available, Rhoads said she could not release additional details about the accident.
