Veritas Christian’s volleyball team posted a 3-3 record and took fourth place at the Osawatomie tournament Saturday.

The Eagles beat Uniontown (25-9, 25-9), Kansas City (Kan.) Christian (25-9, 25-12) and Osawatomie (25-19, 25-23), and suffered losses to Girard (21-25, 25-14, 25-20) and Erie twice (25-14, 25-10; 28-30, 25-23, 25-12).

Chloe Holland led the Eagles’ offense with 55 kills, followed by Emma Wilson (13), Alyssa Krestan (12), Jessie Swisher (10) and Brienne Billings (9). Wilson added 64 assists and seven blocks, Billings had nine blocks and Krestan had five blocks and six aces.

Veritas (27-9) will host a triangular Monday at East Lawrence Recreation Center.
