Behind 302 rushing yards and five touchdowns as well as a defensive touchdown from Matt Fred, Veritas Christian’s football team ran over Sunrise Christian in a 72-26 home win Friday night in the school’s homecoming game.

Michael Rask had 151 rushing yards and one touchdown, and Veritas ran for eight touchdowns as a team.

Defensively, Quinton Donohoe, Calvin Koch, Rask and Fred each grabbed an in interception.

Veritas (3-2) will travel to Cair Paravel in Topeka at 7 p.m. Friday.
