Friends of the Lawrence Public Library to host spring sale this week

The Friends of the Lawrence Public Library is hosting its annual Spring Book Sale Thursday through Sunday at the library, 707 Vermont St.
Sales begin Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. for Friends members only, and they continue from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday before wrapping up Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
The event will be held on the Kentucky Street side of the library. All proceeds will benefit Lawrence Public Library programming.
