Spring Hill ? Chad Stieben scored 20 points, but Veritas Christian’s boys basketball team fell to Gardner-Edgerton, 67-58, on Wednesday night in the Spring Hill Tournament.

Miles Dressler added 14 points, and Trey Huslig scored 10 for the Eagles.

“Our kids played really hard and played with a lot of energy,” Veritas assistant coach Brett Temple said. “They were active on defense. We’re really proud of our guys’ effort.”

Veritas (8-6) will play in the Spring Hill Tournament at 4:30 p.m. today.
