Regan Zaremba scored 12 points, and Kayleigh Boos added 10, but Seabury Academy fell to Kansas City East, 46-23, in high school girls basketball Tuesday night at Seabury.

The Seahawks trailed 20-8 at halftime.

Seabury (2-3) will host Kansas City Christian on Friday.
