Mark Weinhold scored 17 points, and Chad Stieben and Miles Dressler added 16 points apiece to lead Veritas Christian past St. John’s Military of Salina, 83-63, in high school boys basketball Tuesday night.

Weston Flory added 14 points for the Eagles, who outscored St. John’s 26-11 in the fourth quarter.

Veritas (16-14) will play Topeka Heritage in the KCAA state tournament at 2 p.m. Thursday in Wichita.
