Lawrence Police are investigating after at least two south Lawrence businesses were broken into early Monday.

A burglary alarm alerted officers to a possible break-in at the Sport Clips, 3140 Iowa Street, just after 12:40 a.m.

Radio traffic from arriving officers indicated that a door was found open.

While clearing the inside of Sport Clips, officers reported a hole in the wall leading into the GameStop next door.

Police are trying to contact representatives of the businesses and determine what, if anything, was taken.

Officers do not have a suspect description.
