Dodds, FSHS win tennis titles

? Sisters Caitlin and Ali Dodd won the No. 1 doubles title, leading Free State High to the team crown at the six-team Emporia Tennis Invitational on Saturday.

The Dodds beat teams from Hutchinson, Wichita Campus and Emporia by a combined score of 24-5 to cruise to the title.

Also in doubles, Free State’s Andrea Chen and Rachel Walters went 3-1 and placed third.

Kate Piper went 2-2 and placed seventh at No. 1 singles, and Gabby Gorman was 2-2 and placed sixth.
