Grant Elston scored on a six-yard run in the second overtime, and Eudora High defeated Basehor-Linwood, 60-59, in a Class 4A (Div. I) football quarterfinal Friday night.

Elston had 318 yards and four touchdowns on 32 carries, and Austin Downing had 194 yards and five touchdowns on 16 carries.

The Cardinal (8-3) will host Roeland Park Bishop Miege (10-1) in the semfinals on Friday night.
