Towanda ? De Soto High’s boys soccer team lost, 2-1, in the Class 4-1A state championship against Rose Hill on Saturday at Circle High.

The Wildcats (18-3) tied the score at 1 in the 25th minute when senior Luke Zoller knocked the ball into the back of the net with a header off a corner kick from sophomore Ethan Rodriguez.

Rose Hill (20-0-1) scored the game-winner in the 62nd minute on a goal by Chace Beckham, winning its second straight state title.
