Lawrence Creates Makerspace to host treasure sale this weekend
Lawrence Creates Makerspace is hosting its KU Reuse Treasure Sale this weekend at the Hobbs Taylor Lofts, 730 New Hampshire St., according to event organizers.
From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, shoppers can browse through clothes, appliances, furniture, bedding and other household items donated by Kansas University students.
Funds raised from the sale will go toward purchasing tools for the community’s use at Lawrence Creates Makerspace, 512 E. Ninth St.
