Saturday’s NCAA regional softball game between Kansas University and former Border War rival Missouri has been pushed back to a 3 p.m. start because of inclement weather in Columbia, Missouri.

The game, which was made possible thanks to Friday victories by Kansas over Louisville and Missouri over Indiana State, originally was scheduled for a 10 a.m. first pitch.

The winner of today’s game advances to Sunday’s regional championship game. The loser would play again Saturday night against the winner of the Louisville-Indiana State elimination game, with a spot in Sunday’s regional championship contest on the line.

The Jayhawks’ match up with the Tigers will air on the SEC Network+ and the Jayhawk Radio Network as originally scheduled.
