Olathe ? Free State High’s softball game with Olathe East was suspended Tuesday because of rain and lightning.

The teams played to a scoreless tie when the game was called with Olathe East batting with one out of the bottom of the fourth. The game will resume at that point, when it is tentatively scheduled to continue on May 14.

Kylie Cobb had two of the Firebirds’ four hits.

Free State will host Shawnee Mission West and Shawnee Mission East on Thursday.
