Eudora man, 39, charged with indecent liberties with child
A 39-year-old Eudora man was charged Tuesday with one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
The man is accused of sexually fondling or touching a child between January and May of 2010 in Douglas County, according to court documents. The child was 10 years old at the time of the alleged crime.
The man was released from the Douglas County Jail last week after posting a $25,000 bond.
He will make his next appearance in court Feb. 17.
