? After losing 86-81 at Iowa State Saturday night, Kansas University will play Oklahoma at 8 p.m., Monday in Allen Fieldhouse.

“It is a quick turnaround,” KU coach Bill Self said. “Our league … in our bylaws we’re not allowed to do this … have to play a Saturday night game and a Big Monday game, but something slipped through the cracks. It was a good atmosphere tonight and I’m glad we were a part of it, but now the real fun begins trying to get your team back in a short turnaround after kind of a deflating loss today.

“We’ll have to be good. I think Oklahoma and Iowa State are the two best offensive teams in our league. We saw how we guarded one of the two. We’ll have to make some adjustments and hopefully be turned up on defense.”

Responding well: KU freshman point guard Devonté Graham (10 points, four assists, 20 minutes) said his sprained right toe feels OK following the loss.

“It’s sore at times but that’s to be expected. It feels pretty good,” he said.
