KU swimming defeats Cyclones

Kansas University’s swim team closed the dual-meet portion of its season with a 169-131, two-day victory over Iowa State on Saturday at Robinson Natatorium.

The Jayhawks received victories from Yulduz Kuchkarova in the 200-yard backstroke, Pia Pavlic in the 100 butterfly, Chelsie Miller in the 200 individual medley and Haley Molden, Pavlic, Hannah Driscoll and Kuchkarova in the 400 freestyle relay.

KU finished 9-3 in dual meets.
