Four Free State high swimmers and one from Lawrence High were named to the All-Sunflower League first team after Saturday’s league meet at Olathe Prairie Trail Middle School.

Firebirds Jack Ziegler and Jordan Portela tied Shawnee Mission East’s Benjamin Schmatz for high-point honors. Free State’s Josh Terrell and Evan Eskilson and Lawrence’s Stephen Johnson also made the first team.

Free State’s Evan Yoder made second team, while teammate Nolan Stoppel earned honorable mention.
